The RTI composed of Sistematica SpA and G7 International Srl was awarded the contract for the implementation of the “smart city” project for the city of Alessandria, which provides for a total investment of over 50 million. In a nutshell, the project includes:

a) smart waste management (smart bins, optimization of collection routes);

b) the efficiency of public lighting (over 20,000 light points that will be transformed into LED technology), with this infrastructure which will also act as an enabling infrastructure for a series of smart services (remote meter reading, active video surveillance, electric recharge);

c) digital services provided through a specific software platform (provided by Sistematica).
