Big Data for Mobility Tracking Knowledge Extraction in Urban Areas

The Track & Know project researches, develops, and leverages a new software framework that aims to increase the efficiency of Big Data applications in the transportation, mobility, auto insurance, and health care sectors. The project will develop easy-to-use toolboxes that will be readily applicable in the relevant markets. Track & Know integrates multidisciplinary research teams-Mobility Data management, complex event recognition, geospatial modeling, complex network analysis, transportation engineering, and analytical visualization-to develop new models and applications.
