CoDrive, a company of the Sistematica Group that developed the innovative satellite navigator unique in its kind for providing curve gradation data and acting as a “virtual co-pilot” has tailored its algorithms specifically for the motorcycle sector as part of a major strategic partnership with the Australian company Forcite (www.forcitehelmets.com), widely recognized as one of the most advanced players in the smart helmet industry and currently the only one offering smart helmets certified according to the regulations in all major countries. The integration of the two companies’ technologies has resulted in an even “smarter” helmet, capable of providing upcoming curve alerts through both voice messages (e.g., “Caution, sharp right turn in 100 meters”) and visual cues (a growing number of LEDs lighting up based on the curve’s difficulty, with LED colors indicating danger level: red = maximum danger, green = safe). The prototype version was showcased at EICMA (one of the world’s largest international motorcycle trade shows), with continuous presentations (rolling videos and dedicated demonstrations) at the Forcite booth, which also hosted CoDrive for the occasion, attracting significant interest from both potential users and numerous industry experts.. Forcite has a community of nearly 10,000 users who will test the prototype version to gather feedback for refining and finalizing the commercial version of this integrated solution (smart helmet + CoDrive technology), expected to launch in Q1 2023.
