The Sistematica Group participates in the creation of the stable network of companies (https://energia-condivisa.eu/), called “E-CO Network” (where “E-CO” stands for “Shared Energy”), aiming to cover all technological needs (hardware and software, design, implementation and management) in the field of energy management and energy efficiency, with a particular focus on the Renewable Energy Communities (so-called RECs) sector. The network is composed of Free Luce & Gas SpA (energy and gas operator, commercial front-end of the network), Free Soft & Tech Srl (Free Luce & Gas Group company, 20% owned by Sistematica, and reference for accounting, billing and CRM software), Sistematica SpA (reference for monitoring and control hardware and software), Comunità Energetiche Srl (soc. 50 percent owned by Sistematica SpA, which will be the ESCO of the aggregate) and Free Ingegneria Srl (design and plant engineering company, which will take care of the construction aspects for renewable energy production plants). With this transaction, the Sistematica Group formalizes its important partnership with the Free Luce & Gas Group, perfecting a successful collaboration that has already been in place for several years, with the intention of becoming, through the E-CO Network, among the industry leaders in the area of CERs.
